3. Our tools
What does consistent and holistic human development look like and what is the final aim of yoga? What yoga tools do we use in our courses and why do we use them?
«Yoga today is a trendy word. Over the last century, this method, which has a thousand-years history, rapidly conquered the West, finding approval, including in the community of modern scientists. On the one hand – it is definitely good, because its benefit for humanity is clear. On the other hand – to the uninitiated person is now difficult to understand, what exactly yoga is? Philosophy, religion, health-gymnastics? In order to eliminate possible mistaken perceptions, I have compiled this Boot Camp for you».

No, you don’t have to pay for the trip right away. If you are not sure about your plans, you can make a pre-registration by filling out the form on the top of this page. You can pay for the event on the spot as well. However, please note that for obvious reasons, the organizer will not be able to accept bank cards, so in this case, bring cash (preferably without change).
Payment is refundable in case of cancellation at any time, but no later than 48 hours before the event (because the number of participants in the group is limited and the organizer will need time to offer your place to another person who may have already been rejected due to lack of availability.).
The trip can be purchased/reserved as long as there are free places in the group. Group occupancy is an unpredictable matter – free places may be available right up until the beginning of the event, and they may end long before that.
