The aim of the COACHME.YOGA project is to teach yoga online in a structured and consistent way, as well as to integrate its technology into your daily life. Here you have the opportunity to learn, practice, communicate and make new friends.
“When you have a goal, a mission-level goal, you don’t just work toward it – that goal becomes a way of your life.”

All courses are integrated into a coherent chain, which ensures that the student has a complete picture of the subject matter in his mind, rather than a kaleidoscope of disparate information.
In the first level of training, we begin a theoretical immersion in yoga and practice a soft approach (Yin) to loosen up the body.
On the second level, we continue to delve into theory with dynamic and power (Yang) complexes of Hatha Yoga.
The third level is devoted to Kundalini Yoga, deep meditative practices and tools to influence energy and consciousness.
