Organizer & Practices

Yin Yoga

Static and relaxing yin yoga practice will help us prepare for active work. All the fasciae of our body will be stretched and the clamps will be loosened, which will contribute to the natural distribution of the physical load during the trekking.

Pranayama

A complex of pranayamas (breathing techniques) cleanses the lungs of excess mucus, enriches the body with oxygen, alkalizes the blood and accelerates metabolic processes, as well as filling us with life-giving energy.

Walking meditation

The practice of walking meditation is to immerse ourselves completely in the sensations of our body without distractions as we move through the last part of the route. This technique enhances concentration, preparing us well for the Anapanasati sitting meditation session.

Anapanasati

Anapanasati is a deep inner concentration practice that is widely known in yoga and Buddhism. Having loosened and stretched our bodies and recharged ourselves with the power and energy of nature, our final task for this intense day will be to tune the work of the mind to calm and tranquility.
