Yin Yoga
Static and relaxing yin yoga practice will help us prepare for active work. All the fasciae of our body will be stretched and the clamps will be loosened, which will contribute to the natural distribution of the physical load during the trekking.
Walking meditation
The practice of walking meditation is to immerse ourselves completely in the sensations of our body without distractions as we move through the last part of the route. This technique enhances concentration, preparing us well for the Anapanasati sitting meditation session.

Event Schedule
- 06:45 – Collect at Narva bus station. It is better to buy a bus ticket in advance;
- 07:00 – 07:40 – Ride to Sillamäe;
- 07:40 – Meet with participants not from Narva at the Sillamäe bus station;
- 08:00 – 9:00 – Yin Yoga Practice;
- 9:00 – 11:00 – Trekking;
- 11:00 – 12:00 – Pranayama, lunch;
- 12:00 – 14:00 – Final part of the trekking with walking meditation;
- 14:00 – 14:30 – Practice Anapanasati;
- 14:30 – 15:00 – Summing up;
- 15:19 – Departure by №31 bus.
